Irish Flag Shooter

Ingredients - 

• ½ oz crème de menthe liqueur
• ½ oz irish cream liqueur 
• ​½ oz grand marnier

Instructions - 
​
Add to your shot glass in this order-

• Pour creme de menthe liqueur into the glass 
• Pour irish cream over the back of a bar spoon so no mixing occurs.
• Pour Grand marnier over the back of a bar spoon so no mixing occurs.

Shamrockarita

Ingredients -

• 45ml Tequila
• 30ml Apple Sour
• 15ml Triple Sec
• Juice of 1/2 a Lime
• Garnish: Apple, Sugar, Lime Zest, Lime Juice, and a Lime wedge

Instructions -

• Slice up your apple and use a cookie cutter to create shamrock shapes for your garnish. 
• Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass then dip into the sugar to coat.
• Fill a shaker wit Tequila, Apple Sour, Triple Sec and the juice of ½ a lime. Shake well to combine.
• Strain the cocktail into your class and garnish with a shamrock apple slice.

Instructions -

The Irish Maid

Ingredients -

• 2 slices cucumber, cut into quarter-inch slices
• 2 ounces Irish whiskey
• 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 3/4 ounce simple syrup
• Garnish: Cucumber slice

Instructions -

• Muddle the cucumber slices in a shaker.
• Add the Irish whiskey, St-Germain, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
• Fine-strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
• Garnish with a cucumber slice.​​

Irish Coffee

Ingredients -

• Hot coffee
• Irish whiskey
• Sugar
• Whipped Cream

Instructions -

• Start with Whiskey. Pour the Whiskey into your favorite glass/mug. Add the sugar to the glass as well.
• Pour in the hot, strong coffee into the glass. Stir to melt the sugar.
• Add cream. This is the fun part! Spoon the soft whipped cream onto the spiked coffee.

Shamrocker Cocktail

Ingredients -

• 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila​
• 1 1/2 ounces melon liqueur
• 1 ounce triple sec
• 1 splash orange juice
• Orange slice, for garnish

Instructions - 

• In a cocktail shaker, pour the tequila, melon liqueur, triple sec, and orange juice.
  
• Fill with ice and shake well.​
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with an orange slice.
